Senior R&D Expert (m/f/x) Gas Laser Technology

Your tasks:

Lead the end-to-end design and development of high-performance gas laser systems (HeNe, Argon) from initial concept to series production
Act as the ultimate technical authority for troubleshooting complex system failures, utilizing diagnostic tools and simulation
Guide junior engineers and collaborate with electronics, software, and mechanical teams to ensure seamless system integration

Your qualification:

Extensive professional experience (5+ years) in the development of gas laser sources, with a portfolio of successfully launched products or significant research milestones
High degree of reliability, creativity and commitment
Independent and persistent working style
